I have a trial run of the vehicle you prefer to hire and get satisfy with the working condition of the vehicle. The company will not be responsible for the damages caused to the vehicle after you have taken over the hire.

I agree and understand that Motorbike riding, Both on and off road, is Hazardous activity that presents risk of injury or death. I freely and voluntarily assume all risk associated with those activities.

In case of any breakdown to the vehicle, you may contact us on the address and phone number given to you before consulting any road side workshops for any kind of repair. As the Proprietor/Staff of this company are specialized technicians. It is always advised to proceed further with our guidance so that you avoid getting cheated by the unknown service provider.

The company will not entertain any complaints or damages reported by the service provider to whom you have handed over the vehicle for repair without consulting us.

The person who hires the vehicle is liable to complete the cost of any major damages causes to the vehicle if any noticed while returning the vehicle.

I shall not drive under influence of alcohol or any other mood altering substances.

The bike should be returned to our office/workshop by 7-00 p.m. I agree to pay the charges of rupees 500 per hour after that.

If I leave the motor bike I shall pay for the transportation of the bike to the office/workshop.

No insurance claim will be given by the motorbike rentals will be paid by the Rider own.

We have different rates for Leh, Spitti, Sach Pass. Local site seen each. We should know about the place.

Than we are not responsible for it and you will have to pay all these days.

The applicant will be responsible for any damage in clutch plate and types.

Check the motorbike engine oil everyday.

I agree that my general health is would and there is nothing that render me unfit to drive a motorbike.

Motorbike Expeditions/official/representative reserve the right to take over the motorbike without any refund if I do not abide the terms and conditions.

Security will be Refunded instantly. But may take 3-4 days to reflect in your bank depending on Bank server

If you return the bike early rent for unused days will not be refunded.
